they're not impressive to me, kinda weird although there are some cuties. Parties are okay not great. Theres definitely better houses on campus.

They are fine. No frat has a monopoly on great guys and sigma pi has a fair share of em (assume you are not someone that only cares about connected southern boys)

They dont have as many band parties as the fraternities on University and have smaller pledge classes and less swaps. Just the facts. 2nd rate house compared to some of the huge houses here but dont let that deter you.

Sigma Pi is kinda odd guys, theres like one or two cuties in each pledge class but that's really it. Would compare to Phi Psi maybe.
