I had a 2.8 gpa the start of my senior year and worked my butt off to get a 4.0 the last 2 semesters of high school to boost my gpa up to a 3.1. I also worked on joining more clubs and volunteering more than ever. A 3.1 still isn't a shining GPA but I ended up in an upper middle house and only faced big cuts from the top houses. My advice would be Boost ur gpa as much as you can and try for a 3.0 as hard as you can. If you don't get a 3.0 you likely will get cut from every house.

All chapters... including ones described as lower tier will put women with 3.0+grades much higher on their lists.

Unless you are a knock-out in looks and conversation you will be left with one or two houses after first round. The chances you keep those houses to pref night are extremely low.

It's possible, but I would not count on getting in a sorority unless the number of women going thru rush drastically decreases and that is not the trend.

Can you make all A's your last 2 semesters?
