It's the staff of greekrank. They are members of DG KAPPA PIPHI ALPHA PI AND ZETA. They are constantly pushing their own sorority. They are not about promoting greek life as a whole just their sorority or they are rude to the sororities they do not like.

I'm not a Gamma Phi or I wouldn't risk saying this (just don't want them accused of self ranking :) but they killed recruitment this year. My house has never lost a girl that I know of to Gamma Phi, but when I saw who they had I thought we must have this year. Their class is amazing and I think we need to acknowledge when some usually bottom house does great. I don't know if they're #8 or #14 or #4, cause I hate all the ranking and pitting house vs. house. But I do think they did an amazing job and we should be celebrating them not running them down.

As for AOII, (I'm also not in this house - no need to accuse them of self ranking), I think they got a great class this year too, but then again, they always do. Again, I hate the whole ranking deal and can't tell you if they're above Gamma Phi or below AGD. It just doesn't really matter. What matters is that like they always do, AOII killed recruitment this year too. So stop the foolish running down houses. It doesn't make anyone else's house look good to run down another.

AGD and ADPi are both very strong groups, and most would consider them upper middle tier (if you're ranking truthfully-AGD is Old Row, so some might put them as top just because of that but I think most of us agree that they're upper middle). AOPi is lower middle tier. They're a good group, but nowhere near AGD or ADPi. Also, although GPhi has made a TON of progress, and everyone should acknowledge that, they are still considered bottom tier (but maybe above DZ/Theta depending on preferences). Tri Delt is top tier for sure, but most would not consider them to be THE #1 house. So...either the OP is totally biased towards certain houses, or is completely clueless about the Greek system here.
