Do we have spring recruitment and if we do how does it work? When does it officially start?

Not official. Only houses under chapter total for spring semester can consider it.

Ok, so @..... is correct. Total has been adjusted and increased to 390, so only houses under that number in the Spring will be able to participate in Spring Rush. Some may hold "official" Spring Rush events if they have more spots to fill, and some who don't have as many spots to fill will just discreetly give bids to girls that are good friends with sisters already in the chapter.
