No one is going to completely agree, but this is at least pretty close to what people are saying now as far as which houses the outstanding girls liked and in what order.

That is a good way to put it -- where did the top pnms, regardless of oos or instate-- want to go? With more than half being oos, the instate bias has to be removed somehow. Given that standard, the list is good.

I am not in php and did not post the rank, but why do you say that? I think their pc is really good and don't know which class lower down would be better. Made sense to me they would be high. I may have a different personal opinion but nothing fundamentally different than the post ranks. "Laughable" is a pretty mean attack. Why do you have no issue with DDD being 1st?
