This list is based on the chapter as whole - their grades, involvement, how girls in the chapters like their chapters, does the house cob like crazy and whether their well respected on campus or not. If old row new row were taken out of the picture things might look like this
AXO, Tri Delt, XO,
Alpha Gam, Pi Phi, ADPi
KD, ZTA, Phi Mu, KKG
DG, AOPi,

my problem with this list is that its biased against old row which is exactly the same thing people were doing oreviously except against new row. thats counterproductive. just because a house is old row doesnt mean you should discredit them. for example, yes adpi has become a lot better but realistically do they really deserve to be over phi mu and kkg? no. some of these rankings are turning to "we're tired of old row on top so we're just going to throw random new row houses above them". stop looking at it as new row vs old row. you dont have to be against one another and make it into this bitter fight. sorry im ranting but this board has literally turned into "lets hate old row" circle and it makes houses that arent old row look bad. stop mentioning old row and people will stop thinking old vs new!! its that simple!!

Very good comment, but the ranking does seem very fair in its intention. Just does not give some traditionally top houses the benefit of the doubt. Which nobody else gets, so it's fair in m opinion.

I totally agree with what you're saying to a point but that wasn't the intention here at all! ADPi is top four in grades and I would consider them to be pretty similar in pi phi in a lot of ways that's why they're where they are. Zeta had an incredible rush and without a house I am thoroughly impressed but they're grades are so awful I can't see them any higher. Phi mu has a bad thing going for them with their reputation of being a little stuck up and not having a great sisterhood I think getting back to pnms bc they had a terrible recruitment. Next year the new house will probably help them turn it around but as of now they're reputation is pretty poor in regards to anything other than their looks n pnms dropped them for that. Kappa needs a new house because I think old row status is the biggest thing they have going for them right now.

I think that we have to stop thinking old row Vs. New row just like they do at University of Texas. When an old row has several years of a bad rush then I am sorry it should reflect in their standing but at the same time one good rush does not make the new or old row that much better (pi phi and adpi). They are getting better but not that good yet. The same with any sorority. Phi mu may have not done well this rush (I don't have anything to really stand on that says they didn't accept what is said here on Greek rank- which is usually not accurate) but they are not that low on this list. I also don't think OX is that high either- truthfully on one does

Good but ADPi is higher than most would agree with. Agree pbp should be up where they are now. They just beat out zeta (with a pc15 that looks to be awesome) for that bc of grades IMO. But the two are very close. Kkg did improve but pc14, pc13 was not as good as pc15 for sure. Kd also dug themselves a hole that this new PC starts to recover but is awefully "traditional" with the MB crew.

Had to think about that one, but actually spot on. Good. But adpi too high still. Move them to tat level with agd and move theta up one.
