Just heard A Phi's PC15 was like 200.

Chapter Total has been raised to 390 so if there are groups below that new #, (and there are) yes, they could be COBing right now. If they were at that # but have had some girls drop out, they could also be COBing right now. If they need to fill a large # of spots, they might actually hold COB events, so be sure to contact the GL office and sign up for COB so those groups can contact you if they choose to. If they need to fill just a few spots, those spots will likely go to friends of girls already in the chapter (NMs or Actives). Either way, the best way to get an invite to a COB event is to put yourself out there and make friends with NMs from your RC group, your room/hall/floor mates, your classes, and any activities you may have joined. Be outgoing, fun, and genuine. Show them that you would be a great asset to their chapter by being a good (not fake) friend-and don't just do it in hopes of getting in to their chapter, because they can smell that crap from 1000 miles away, haha. Also, some chapters may choose not to particpate in COB this semester at all, either because they're at or above the 390 Total, or because they want to wait until Spring (or in very few cases, next fall) to get there.
