Thank you for the compliment about us being well rounded! By the way, we have some gorgeous, down to earth girls who like to have fun too ;). But I have SO many good friends in ZTA and I totally agree with what you said about them. We seem to have a really similar dynamic and we get along well!

Both are excellent houses with very diverse personality types and interests. They are similiar in that both have proportionally more OOS than the old row houses and they are generally considered at the top end of new row. Distinctions between the two would fall to a matter of taste and personality and chemistry on an individual level.

There are many Pi Phi's that party more than Zeta girls and many Zeta Girls that party more than Pi Phi's. Too much generality is not informative.

and agree one hundred persent with @angel -- these two houses seem to have good relatinships among their members. They tend to "hang out" more together than, say, Zeta might "hang" with Phi Mu or Alpha Phi; or Pi Phi members might hang with KD members. But like any general statement, there are tons of exceptions and it is not particularly informative to talk in such broad generalities. You just need to experience these things and these people yourself.

I am in neither, but I like them both. They are a lot alike tbh. I would have liked to be in either one, but love where I am. Both are just good balanced sororities that have outgoing cute girls involved in lots of activities.
