just from what i've seen and heard

Top: AXO, AGD, DDD, ZTA- all tops have good PCs
Upper Middle: KD (because of probation), Kappa, Phi Mu (because of so-so PC)
Middle: Pi Phi, ADPi, XO (only this high because of old row status, but lower because of not great PC)
Lower Middle: DG, GPhi- both are moving up because of better PCs this year, Alpha Phi (mediocre new class and lowered because of controversy),
Lower: Theta (somewhat better PC, first in lower, hopefully will continue & move up), DZ (same reason as Theta), AOII

this is so wrong. zta is not top of the top with no house, grades, and being known for not having the best sisterhood.
try again:
upper top : AXO, DDD, AGD (reason: grades, classiness, overall good)
top: KD, KKG, PM, XO (listen, i know we're tired of old row on top, but they're alumni base and "tradition" will always have them at the top. it's alabama. you oos may not care and disagree, but they just aren't falling just like dke, sae, and ka aren't. a pill you just gotta swallow going to UA.)
upper mid (IN ORDER): PI PHI, ZTA, ADPI, APHI (most popular new row. get over the hate. everyone knows it and to say otherwise is jealousy. zta and aphi don't have best grades, but their popularity helps and that IS a factor. we judge the frats socially, sororities get to be judged socially too which puts them over the middle.)
middle (IN ORDER): AOII, DG, DZ, GPHI, THETA (no house at bama is bottom, they're all good. these are just less popular new row. dg and gphi moving up. aoii, dz, and theta seem kinda just stagnant at this point.)

i know for a fact they take a lot of in house legacies but that wasn't the point. the point is that traditionally they will always be top houses at alabama regardless of how good of a pledge class pike gets. the good thing is that while they may not necessarily go down, other houses can go up.

I completely agree. And thank you for not being negative in the process!
Being "Old Row" doesn't make Alpha Chi Tri Delt Alpha Gam KD Kappa Phi Mu and Chi O top; but all the top sororities happen to be Old Row. It isn't BECAUSE they are Old Row. That's what some people need to understand. Same thing with New Row. Being New Row doesn't make you any lesser than an Old Row person! This is just how rankings are at this point in time. And no house is better than any other house; the "top" houses and some of the upper mid houses just tend to be the most desired by PNMs and they have a very strong alumni presence and very strong tradition. But girls in theses houses aren't any better than girls in lower houses. Our whole Panhellenic system is fantastic as is every girl that's part of it, and we shouldn't judge each other. But, just like in life, there is an "order" of things. And this is it.

Ehh I agree but it clearly says upper middle and middle. No one is at the bottom
