new tiers 2015

After bid day, we all know this is what the new tiers are leaning towards
Top: AXO, AGD, DDD, KD
Upper Middle: Kappa, Phi Mu, ZTA, Pi Phi
Middle: XO, Alpha Phi, ADPi,
Lower Middle: AOPi, DG, GPhi
Bottom: DZ, Theta

I really dislike KD and KD's as a general rule but truthfully a lot of great girls I really liked coming through recruitment went KD this year.. Unfortunate cause they're on probation but that new house might've saved them bc last year I would have said they were becoming very irrelevant but I think they might've gotten a good PC now

Top: AXO, AGD, DDD, ZTA- all tops have good PCs
Upper Middle: KD (because of probation), Kappa, Phi Mu (because of so-so PC)
Middle: Pi Phi, ADPi, Alpha Phi (would be higher because of good PC, but lowered because of controversy), XO (only this high because of old row status, but lower because of not great PC)
Lower Middle: DG, GPhi- both are moving up because of better PCs this year
Lower: Theta (much better PC, first in lower, hopefully will continue & move up), DZ (same reason as Theta), AOII

probation or not KD deserves to be on the top row- they really did have a great PC this year- I will put them ahead of Zeta still. Zeta is good but not good yet

AOPII deserves to be higher because they are classy, smart, beautiful girls. The pc is one of the best!

G Phi isn't at the bottom anymore. They're in the middle of the lower middle now. I know it's hard for the houses below them to adjust, but putting them last like this makes us look at the list and see who thinks they have something to gain with this ranking.

Yall -- what are you trying to do to hurt XO? This is the number 2 house on grades and only by a hair. Popular in HS. Good house (and actually have one). Hang with the old row frats. Come from connected families. At least as good as Kappa. Come on. Just one year recruitment does not cause such a major change.

Agree. AOPi is upper middle for sure.
And XO is still a top house here no matter how many times someone writes a rank with them lower.

AOII is not upper middle. They are too socially irrelevant to be in that group. AOII, along with DZ, are just forgettable.

AOII and ZTA belong in middle. AOII doesn't belong in lower bottom and ZTA doesn't belong in upper. Move XO to upper

Chi O is still an upper tier house based primarily on the tradition of excellence. But they are about as tarnished now as they have ever been and the prestige in state does not translate as UA grows with OOS. They and Kappa really need to turn it on. From what I have seen so far this term, not sure they have the horses. Fact that pc14 is moaning about pc15 is not helping. Put some lipstick on ladies. stop wishing you got something else.

Dear Grandma,
Maybe in your day tiers didn't change. But you are severely out of touch if you think things haven't changed in the last four years. I am going to graduate in 2016 and can tell you that there are several things different than when I got here.
