this is so unbelievably wrong.

first off, do you know how many grade risks Phi Mu took??

Where these rankings are coming from? It hasn't even been 24 hours.....

Also, this is still keeping all of old row on top. Sounds a little fishy..

This is someone seeng what they want to see, for that's the way things work in his or her world. I agree that it's fishy and skewed toward Old Row, because - GASP! - how could it not remain that way?! Better learn to be objective during your years here because real life won't slant in your favor most of the time.

No way this can be determined, not for weeks, if ever, because it is subjective. Has OP personally viewed and interviewed all new pledges? Has original poster compiled and reviewed the grades and activities of all new pledges.
From what I have seen, it looks like everyone had a great recruitment. You MIGHT be able to determine this by next semester when you see who stayed in, what activities they have and what grades they have. Even then, a true review is virtually impossible.

I think she just has two tiers? Old with pn, axo, agd tied? Then new with zta and pi phi tied? Or does she have seven tiers with xo alone in the middle? Not sure what she means. It looks about right if she is going it as two tiers.

It's funny she put Phi Mu and AXO first because I've heard the exact opposite about both of them. I have heard AGD had a good rush (maybe we will see more of them?) and heard Tri Delt got every single one of their top list (maybe they will become relevant?) I think rumors about KD and Chi O helped Kappa and Tri Delt and probably AGD with those that cared about old row. Heard Chi O did blah and Zeta did great considering they don't have a house, but everyone had low expectations for them. I've heard a lot about a phi but it's all from a phi themselves. Lots of pretty girls in the Gamma Phi pic but I swear one girl in the front row with dark hair is crying or pouting! Looking at the pictures I've seen, all the girls look really pretty! Everyone should be happy with their class and not worry about the others!

Ps -- actives who were involved heavily in recruitment have a good perspective now on PCs.

Also, it seems like every year right after bid day there is a post like this and every year there are responses saying Phi Mu is best, phi Mu this and that! Just tells me that Phi Mu is first to self rank and is trying to get good PR for their class.

Why does rank matter so much to this university?

looks like they definitely ranked old row and new row separately, which is smart considering they are two sides of the same coin. Agree that PM and AGD pulled great pledge classes. PM only got one of the grade risks they rushed so maybe we will see an upward trend there. Chi O was disappointing for sure. I'd reverse the order of the second tier–make it TriDelt, Kappa, and then KD.
