First, not true at all that ZTA won't have a house for several years. Also not true that ALL of the girls in APhi are easy. If you took the letters off of these houses, threw away of all of the tent talk, and just considered how you feel in each house-who would you pick to be your sisters?

Here is the troll that just will not stop pounding zta for going ahead with their building plan this year. She is hell bent to make them suffer in recruitment for it. If zta is on your pref schedule you should already have a good feel for them and you can ask them straight up about it. They surely have a plan for everything and a strategy to provide the same great Greek experience as others, just not based out of a traditional sorority row house this coming year.

I don't think FYH is the "troll" you're talking about, bc she said that it wasn't at all true that the ZTA house wouldn't be done for years. I think you're talking about the posters above?

Don't come on here for advice for something so personal. Both are great houses, Alpha Phi's and Zeta are both popular on campus so don't worry about what anyone on here says. Also, Zeta are well established and confident enough to survive without a house for a year.they are exactly the same sorority they have always been and will be housed soon.

And I meant to say, follow your heart and choose based on that. They are very similar houses and if they have what you are looking for, you can't go wrong. good luck and get the heck off greekrank

Go APhi. Not having the house will really change your freshman year Greek experience (I say this as someone who was in the same situation my freshman year)

No, zetas house is supposed to be done by fall 2016 but they do not have the funds to have it complete by then.

Total uninformed BS that zeta does not have funds. Obviously do not understand how the university and sorority housing corps operate together to implement rebuilds. beautiful mansion is in development and bid stage now.
