bid day party?

What do the sororities do for bid day, like after the parents are gone and the whole celebration is "over" What do the new members do? Is it just a big party, is there drinking etc...?

Some go on weekend retreat and I believe others keep theirs on campus, either way, they are busy. And there is no drinking involved.
