Does it mean anything if you are the first to leave a house or the last?? Does it mean that they're more interested in you if your last?

Nope. Sororities walk you out in an order pretty much from front of the room to the back of the room. It's the only way to make the timing work honestly. Order out doesn't mean anything, you could be first out but they girls who met you absolutely loved you

For some houses it plays a role, but not all houses. Good luck figuring out which is which.
