So do the actives talk tonight about the pnms or did that happen like after every party and then they just move on the the next group?

membership selection is a private chapter activity and is typically kept secret. However, most chapters enlist some sort of voting process that is done over each party. It varies by chapter, but most chapters vote after each party and then have a big (think like four hours) meeting after the end of each round (iwt day 2, phil day 2, etc..
