spanx?

I'm 5'4" 120-125 pounds which is what I'd say a pretty average build but I like to wear Spanx when dressing up just to even out any lumps, bumps, and get rid of the dreaded visible panty line. However, it will be ridiculously hot and humid during recruitment so I don't know if wearing a pair would be worth it. Any actives who have gone through recruitment who can give some advice?

Don't. WAY too hot. And humid.
Wait until skit round, at the earliest.

Wear them! It never hurts to wear them and they honestly aren't that thick

Will be more comfortable( both personally and weather wise) in dresses and skirts that are not skin tight. Looser, all natural fabric clothing breathe and allow for air circulation.

Try to find cute clothes that flatter your figure and don't require spanx to look good.
