keep seeing people say the fraternities determine the tiers which is confusing because some old row hangs out with new row, so that's not really true. Here's a run down on who usually hangs out with who to give an idea.

DKE - KD, Kappa, XO
SAE - Kappa, KD, XO
KA - XO, PM, DDD
PHI GAM - AXO, AGD, PM, DDD
SNU - AGD, AXO, DDD
PHI DELT - Kappa, KD (i see their PC 14 hanging with them a lot, I think everyone else they hang with is just a random mix)
