What exactly is "old" and new "row"? I'm not judging next year at all for the sororities but just wondering why is there a difference?

Some sororities on new row were on old row to begin with. It is actually a very stupid thing that employers do not care about so you should not care about it either! It is irrelevant in the long run, I promise.
