On the rise /On the decline

I'm not interested in rank , I'm more interested on who is improving or declining. I think DKE has slightly slipped ( still lower top), Lambda has slipped, (now lower mid-at best) , on the other hand Kappa Sigma has improved (mid tier). What do you think?

Theta Xi has improved, still lower tier but better. A lot of house just seem to bounce around and never change,Beta , Delta Chi .
Of course Delta Sig is done.
