I've noticed some similarities:

PM-ZTA: looks focused, trendy, good grades
KKG-APhi: more regional, here to party, status
AXO-PiPhi: involved, social girl next door, grades
XO-ADpi: involved, athletic girl next door, grades
DDD-DZ: fun, diverse, low key
AGD-DG: wholesome, grades, involved
KD-Gphi: very regional, fun

Kappa is by far not the only “most regional” house: Chi O, AGD and KD are as, if not more, regional.

And Alpha Phi is not at all regional. They take girls from everywhere.
