why is gphi bad?

i am a pnm and i really liked gphi but i know other girls in my group think the house is embarrassing/weird and dont want to go back. is it just greek rank rumors or is it true?

Gphi is a house my daughter got back. Absolutely loved it and according to her, many other girls in her group did as well.
