If ur planning on rushing a frat from out of state you only need to go to these 4 houses, any others are a big step below.

Theta chi
Sigma chi
Pike

Pi Kapp definitely the best, and as good as any of the OR houses, but there are plenty of other strong houses, even on Jefferson.

This!!!!!! delt and kappa sig soooo much higher than phi psi and sig ep. it's not all about the building. and sigma chi and theta chi so boring, yes!!

delt is better than sig ep, and better than phi psi by a mile. also has cooler guys than sigma chi and theta chi. as for pike, there're more jock types, which isn't bad, just a definite type.

If you couldn’t get a bid from any of those might want to reconsider rushing
