When I made this I rly struggled to place them bc they’re clearly a good bit behind the rest of old row, but they’re still a good bit above those new row mid tier houses. I could see how someone could argue either side. I gave them the benefit of history, wealth, and their campus involvement and put them lower top, even though they’re pretty irrelevant socially. Also, they do cross-rush with the rest of top tier old row, they just get really specific girls with specific values. Still, those same girls could have gone kappa or chi o and prob been happy too. So I think it makes sense to have them lower top.

Only KD alums on this site think they r the best. Girls r mid from same towns in AL. They aren’t that involved on campus. Not a top house. Stop living in the past.

This might just be me, I just think 90% of the phi mus I meet are really corny. Like they’re just cheesy to me with the pink and the spray tans and the Bible posts. Definitely sweet girls and not mid, but they’re just not established enough to be truly top. They don’t rly do as much with old row fraternities and their parties just rly aren’t that fun. Don’t get me wrong, they’re a great house but just sooo pageant-y that it’s almost a bit of a meme.

If AGD moves to mid I think this is a rank I can get behind for 2023. I will give the benefit to the longstanding OR houses, but I will say ZTA is pushing hard on their standings to shake things up. Also, if APhi can pull three more outstanding classes we need to revise (all else remaining the same).

There r a lot of girls from AL in Zeta. Nice try. Also, ZTA is now getting a lot of Southern girls that would have gone Phi Mu. Zeta also has one of the highest return rates in rush AT A SOUTHERN SCHOOL!! It’s a super competitive house and OR is threatened that is why it gets so much hate.

Let’s be real, if “tradition” is the only thing making ur house top is it really top? Do they actually deserve that ranking? OR take in some weird girls and have mid looks. Some OR houses aren’t even that involved on campus. What makes them so great?
