Sigma Kappa New House

When will the new Sigma Kappa house be completed?

The documents on the UA website say it's going to be 40,000 square feet and cost $21,000,000. That means it'll be the biggest and most expensive house on campus.

It will be the same size as many others, not the largest on campus. It is the most expensive because construction now is more expensive than it has ever been. It will be very nice. The numbers don't matter and are no way to judge. Don't be tacky.
