Alpha Phi a little math for you! Taken from University of Alabama Grade Reports:

2017-2020 total NMs for alpha phi: 725
2020 fall actives: 391

That gave you a 4 year retention rate: 54%

54% that’s pretty much a fail

Can you math the math? Stop saying you’re equal to these other chapters. It’s embarrassing.
