Pi Phi is definitely leading new row
by: FactsI’m sorry but if Pi Phi is in the top 5 for retention, grades, involvement, looks, and social… why do some ppl make the argument on here that they aren’t leading new row. Like not saying putting them above old row but say GPhi, APhi, or even DG ahead of them is kind of ridiculous.

Darcy Mcqueeny never had Pi Phi on her radar. Kylan only followed Phi Mu/ZTA/Aphi. Marissa had the chance to go Pi Phi or Alpha Phi and chose Aphi. You can keep throwing these negative stats out about Gphi and Aphi but it’s not translating during RUSH or when I see what girls are at all the the top frat events. Pi Phi is a great house but this idea their killing it and so sought over and so above these other houses is not true. Girls cry when they get dropped from Zeta, nobody cares about Pi Phi, and throw in ADPI in there too since you love to rank yourselves top of new row. The ONLY place Pi Phi, ADPI, DZ are relevant is GREEKRANK.
Also, hilarious proof, this site talks now about DZ being amazing, but on barstool alabama when Dz won over Gphi it was called a “HUGGGE upset” lmfao. Also look at who PNMS are following when their not following all, guarantee you won’t see pi phi, adpi, or dz in that follow list. Doesn’t seem like the actual student body agrees with y’all’s ranks 🤣

While I will say piphi has a good reputation, with nothing bad to say about, I don't know if you could say they excel at being social or are a looks house. Girls interested in pm/aphi/zeta, are not interested in pi phi. They're very similar to adpi in alot of ways. I think they struggle to be above mid is axo/xo/agd will always get the smart involved girls they want over the grades/involvement oriented NR houses.
