New Row Fraternity Ranks 2023

Anyone who actually goes here knows that you can’t compare Old Row and New Row because they pull different crowds. I may do a separate OR rank later but here’s New Row:
TOP: Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, Pi Kapp
(no order to this tier as long as you have Pi Kapp third - their recent PC brought down their reputation)
UPPER: SigEp, Pike, DTD, DX
(this tier should be in this order. SigEp is definitely on the rise, Pike is definitely on the decline, and DTD/DX are the only two Jefferson houses that matter currently)
MID: ATO, Beta, Phi Psi, Kappa Sigma
(ATO is good - they just have a very specific crowd they pull. Beta could be a tier higher though Phi Psi is not as good as everyone thinks they are. Kappa Sigma is here just because they’re getting the new house in a few years)
LOWER: Lambda Chi, ZBT
(these are just the only two other Jefferson houses worth mentioning - anything not on here is a bottom house)

Everyone on GR puts so much hate on ato but old row girls love them compared to other nr frats. Of that whole list, ato is the only one that actually interacts with ddd, kkg, pm, kd, and chi o…They j don’t rly fit in with the new row crowd; personally I would put them higher tho
