When did Pi Phi change??

Pi Phi used to always be in the conversations with zeta and aphi. They were the 3 new row houses that usually very social oos girls would go for and a lot of influencer types would have at pref. Also all popular with top new row frats. Now I see Pi Phi being similar to and in conversations with adpi? When did that happen?? Adpi used to be a mixed house with smarter girls that would typically pref with DZ.

i think pi phi is in their own lane. i don’t seem them similar to adpi at all. zeta/aphi are very hyper feminine sororities that are all about partying and boys. pi phis are chill and fun girl next door types.

PiPhi doesn‘t care about GR. They get their girls and then there are so e other houses who still use GR for their recruitment PR

They used to be in their own bubble between OR and the rest of NR. As APhi and ZTA became more desirable they became less relevant.
