Where can I find recommendations if I don’t know people in sorority

You know more sorority women than you think you do. Ask your teachers and coaches, bosses if you work, friends and co-workers of your parents, any adult connections. Men know sorority women too so don't just ask women. You can also ask local alum groups to help you out. Also some sororities now allow a rec from an unaffiliated party provided they know you well, like a teacher or school councelor or coach or someone you work closely with.
