How are chi o and tri delta similar?

I’ve seen posts saying chi o and tri delt are alike. How is this? Can someone try and explain? I feel like I notice very different vibes between the two. But I’m wondering what others are thinking and where they are coming from saying this

they just are colorful girls but besides that no similarities.

they just both kinda have cute girls without being quite as hung up on southern/in state girls as kd and kappa. they hang w the same frats, are often friends with one another, and recruit similar girls

DDD is a more laid back and has more fun. ChiO has been pretty boring the last 2-3 years.
