Informal rush???????

If you went thru formal rush, got dropped, then went thru COB and didn’t get a big, is it worth trying informal rush again the next year? All for the same sorority.

That sorority dropped you twice. As much as you think you love them, they don't love you. Keep an open mind and go for other sororities. Otherwise, forget it.
