Worst House on Jefferson?

They are equally bad houses that is why they on Jefferson.

There are only a few reputable houses on Jefferson worth considering and they’re the ones that are most often mentioned. After that, there really isn’t a worst. It’s more like an obscurity or just no real reputation.
There are houses on Jefferson, take ZBT for example, that are very well off and have a well established presence and alumni base on campus. They have one of the nicest houses on campus after their renovation. They chose to stay where they are. It’s actually a great location.
Kappa Sigma is a pretty old and traditional house that’s still on Jefferson.
And Delta Chi has a decent house for parties.
Those are the only Jefferson houses I’ve been to for different parties. But like I said after that I don’t really know much.

I think socially and socially go gets the best guys it’s probably LXA, DX, and Ksig.

The worst are probably ZBT (they have a nice house but the guys are so awkward), DSig, and SigPi
