This is based on retention, membership, and GPA since you like facts which is why Pi Phi is ahead of some old row like KD. Looks weird when you just go by facts and take social, reputation, and looks aspect out of the equation and just go by numbers. Numbers aren’t everything. ( Also, either way you like, some new row does outdo old row. Go Pi Phi!)

This is a great post because it goes on numbers, facts, and retention. The top 9 in the top 3 rows always finish in the top 10 grade-wise, and they always get amazing girls. It is the moms and grandmoms who get on her starting craziness with their comments. DG should be added one row up as well to round out the top 10, and in any order for these houses because they are all strong. AOII's grades are usually higher than KD and KKG's grades, but I agree with the OP. Phi Mu has been working hard to focus on grades instead of just looks, and AXO lost their top grade status to AGD a couple of years ago. You can't go wrong in any of the sororities listed in the top 3 rows and everyone knows it no matter what the trolls say.

Ok, line up all the “best GPA’s” from your high school (or college) class - probably 20 to 30 years ago.
Where are they now?
I guarantee it’s not the same as the currently most successful and happy rank today.
Yes, there are probably a few in the mix, but it’s hardly directly correlated.
I can also guarantee you the “good looking charmers” (with bad grades) are near the top of the currently successful and happy list as well! Particularly those that “married well”!
