The truth about PM vs ZTA

Tik tok has completely changed the premise of rush. For PNM’s, the top two most desirable houses are PM and Zeta (for most, at least). In the end, PM is the overall top house. Old row, classy, good grades, gorgeous house, just overall top of the top. ZTA is only a social media top house. They are top in the marketing world as far as targeting freshman by seeking cool. ZTA is only considered top and desirable now due to social media, especially Tik Tok and the damn song. That’s just how it is.

Not in the ‘top tiers’ but wasn’t old row a marketing thing for beer originally? Zeta was invited to old row but didn’t want to be sponsored by alcohol? Phi Mu is a great sorority & super picky, as is every sorority based on their values.

No, it was a lake party for the OR boys and who they wanted to invite. The rumors about this never end. The beer rumor went around, as did the rumor that zeta and ADPi were invited and couldn’t join bc of nationals. It just isn’t true.
