zeta is unarguably not top
by: OPanyone who says zeta is a top house is saying that based solely on looks. a true top house has girls who are smart, lots of community involvement, in leadership positions, and has high retention. (best example is honestly axo) zeta has not one of those things. this is why houses with genuine well-rounded girls like phi mu and others will always be above them

literally we are talking about 4/10's separation (I looked it up) in gpa from the highest overall gpa and Zeta's Spring gpa.You are delusional if you think that is so significant.They killed rush and they are top tier

I think that’s the point.
They think they are “top” and good for them.
Why are other houses/girls so afraid to say their house is top/the best?
People complain about “self promotion”, but where is self respect and the ability to say I love my house and it’s the best?
I am at a loss when people say houses are self promoting when the house is ranked “tenth”. That’s just too funny!
I do think there are people who respond negatively to that ZTA self confidence. Frankly, think it’s what mostly gets under the skin of the haters!
“Hating” just reveals your own insecurities.
House reputations are based on a few visible members and trends and yes - ZTA trends toward looks, sociability, and social media - and they do it with confidence, unapologetically.
Welcome to 2022 - that puts them on top of general lifestyle trends.

They are talking about how Zeta prioritizes making Tik Toks and looking good on social media.
They do not look good in real life, unfortunately. This is college and the mean girl mentality does not fly here. People value those who study, contribute to the campus and generally are respected.
Zeta is best at looking good on social media. They are influencers.
I think we are all understanding this.
