Is Mississippi considered OOR

I’m just trying to grasp what OOR means. Is OOR and OOS the same??

Out of region and out of state
Out of region is anything not in the south basically. Because many girls in southern states like Georgia or misssissippi or NoFL would still get into OR houses back in the day so you couldn’t just say a house doesn’t accept out of state girls. OOR though was more accurate to determine.

So many of us do not care! So so so many of us don’t care what state you are from, what race you are or what religion you are.

The people who answer these questions on here aren’t the students. They are our parents and alums.

Alabama is like 65.999% out of state students.

Here’s what I consider out of state (OOS) but not OOR:

GA, MS, SC, NC, TN, KY, LA, parts of Texas, AR and north FL.
