What happened?

I think those old row houses have kinda just transitioned to the smart girl houses - really not about getting the girls with all the hype

Really confused about pi phi - they have just become lowkey and don’t seem to fight hard for the best oos girls anymore

Alpha Gam got their usual in my opinion. Lots of southern girls who went to pine cove/did younglife. Only thing I noticed is it seems like they lost a few more girls to alpha chi than usual?? Not a exactly sure but I noticed a few that I for sure thought screamed agd going axo.

Pi phi got prob one of their best pledge classes. Super well rounded mix of girls. Way more alabama girls than usual too. They dropped Shelby rose, kylan, and all other tik tokers first round. Think they’re really trying to move away from the “YouTube” vibe (tik tok is basically the new version of that) and just be a well rounded house that doesn’t really care about hype but is more genuine.

Alpha chi seems to have gotten their usual mix as well but seeming to be a little more well rounded/noticed a lot more out of state girls.
