That’s not this works. Zeta may be getting girls THEY want, but those aren’t the girls that are generally considered to the top girls going through rush.

You can’t say one house got THE best pledge class because every house is looking for something slightly different. We can look at the bid lists and get an idea of who has the top 3-4 pledge classes, but there are too many different types of girls and different personality houses to pinpoint just one.

I’m so confused by the retention rates comment because no one has access to that information besides the actual house itself. Zeta didn’t even COB last year (but yes they have in the past, just like every other house on campus whether they post about it or not)

As much as we hate to admit it, Zeta is one of the top houses on this campus. I’m not a zeta and I genuinely can’t stand half the zetas I know but they’re going to get one of the top pledge classes if not the top pledge class. They’ve stepped up their game so much in the past few years and it shows
