How do rush rounds work now?
by: Washed UpI’m a washed up alumni who rushed in 2014. Can someone explain how rush works now without ice water tea rounds? Do the girls go to every house for philanthropy and that’s when the first cuts are made?

No. “Ice water teas” are completely virtual. The PNMs watch a five minute video for each house and then rank the houses the same way we did. The houses on the other hand have minute and a half intro videos from all of the PNMs. The first cuts from this day are all based on GPA, resume, volunteer, and videos.
It’s literally insane I don’t know how they can make cuts without actually meeting anyone but whatever. Glad we rushed when we did because I just know there are great girls slipping through the cracks with this process

18 houses in the august heat in your best sun dresses and your hair done. We’d be seeing before/after TTs instead of regular OOTDs.
