No, Theta is not bad. They have swaps and date parties just like everyone else, and some get invited to Nola. They have started to turn their sorority around in the last couple of years.

No, Theta is not bad.
DZ, Theta, Gphi, and AOPi are all about the same—I think they have nice girls and good sisterhoods. I have been on this campus for three years now and this ranking stuff is so stupid. My house is supposedly “higher” then any of these houses, but I know girls in Theta, AOPi and DZ who are super happy!
They all do the normal stuff.
