Based on returns so far, yes. By a lot. They will surprise the Row this year. Nothing wrong with those houses- both are good. Theta is just killing it with making an impression with PNMs this year.

I don't get the ranks on here at all. Girls in my group loved Theta. Its not a good fit for me because I want my sister's house but I thought those girls were so nice and easy to talk to.

It’s bc the machine houses have to hate on them bc they’re the only sorority that doesn’t have bird brains and literally tell members not to vote for their own sisters running for things bc it’s not the “machine” candidate.
