Which Sororities own their houses?

When I heard that the University is building a house for SK I became curious which Sororities own their own houses? (I assume that SK will be renting from the University.)

Every on campus sorority or frat house is owned by the university actually, although the mortgage payments are made by the actives through dues

This is not true. The university owns the land only. Each house is owned by the sorority or fraternity through their house corporations. The university is not building a house for SK and has not built a house for any Greek organization. People who say this don't know how it works.

The University manages the construction of every house that has been built. They are also the mortgage holders of every house that is built. A chapter has to come up with a down payment and show a plan on how they will finance the construction.
