What chapter would you like to see on campus next

Another year another 2500+ PNMs. Love our big houses but can we get the PCs a little smaller?? Who would you like to see next once SK gets up to total?
AZD I think would make the most sense since they are also at auburn already.

If we want new sororities to colonize here we have to make Panhellenic more accepting. Continuing to hate and bully and stigmatize the lower tiers will make other sororities nationals not want to colonize here because they will see it as a waste of time and resources to start a new chapter just for it to flop and get bullied off campus.

I seriously doubt DPhiE could come up with $20 mil for a house. Their national prefers to rent rather than own. Their chapter at Michigan has been renting houses for decades. The University will want a sorority to build a new house. The only NPC group that could possibly build a new house is AXD.

Not sure how more houses can be added if snaps are rampant (even on old row btw) and cob is a thing. We also still have issues with many folks dropping during rush as well as after rush. What national would want to be new on campus where old established houses are still struggling? Not sure the huge investment is worth risk.

The chapters who have come most recently launch huge fundraising campaigns with their alums to afford the houses. It’s definitely doable for SDT and AZD.
