phi Mu is dropping

So phi Mu was a top house. I wouldn’t ever put them as “the top” but they definitely were up there with Kappa, Tri Delt, AXO, and XO. Now I would put them lower. Still one of the tops but lower top. They now belong with KD, AGD, And Zeta.
