Just asking because I don’t get it . Does this old row party between these fraternities and sororities still happen? Does Budweiser still sponsor this party. I’m just not understanding the hype about something that doesn’t happen anymore and as far as I can see it only happened once or twice .. DONT mean to offend , I just don’t get it

Girl I go here and I don’t get it. When you ask anyone in OR they’re just like ITS ABOUT TRADITION and then you’re just like ok…some OR chapters were founded after NR like it makes no sense.

I am a pnm and I will add that these groups/orgs/sororities are talked about because they are great. Most are old row, but they also know how to put on a show. The girls I have spoken to really like them.

Remember that sometimes a show is just that: a show. Try to look beyond all of it and really get a feel for the people, because when rush is over, that’s what matters.

All the girls piled into the room next door to me last night in tut were all set on kd and kappa and pretty much knew they were going there. Must be fun to not be stressed about all this.

Very few people can KNOW that they are getting a bid, maybe with KKG and KD from a couple of cities, but nobody is guaranteed anything

This happened when I was in Tut too. And guess what? Half the girls that had been bid promised by Kappa or KD got dropped by both after Sisterhood, or ended up not getting a bid to either.
