Old row expansion?
by: PMBeen hearing rumors lately that Old Row voted for a move to let ZTA join. Like they’ll be on the tshirts this year? Has anyone else heard this?

Being as Zeta hasn't had an incident like PM did I think any changes are unlikely, additionally ZTA is a much more OOS dominant house unlike many OR houses (PM, XO, and DDD have a mix but they still have more in-state girls than Zeta). However, since Zeta is a more desired house to many PNMs than much of OR and they are having increased involvement on campus lately I'm curious about this...

Phi Mu is an amazing house with a rich tradition, and they mixed with OR fraternities before becoming OR.
Until the early '90s, though, much more of the concept of "Old Row" (and a group's ranking within OR) was wrapped up in how long your chapter had been on campus and where you were from. Phi Mu was considered slightly too "new" (1931) and didn't pull from the same traditional areas as the other OR sororities.
The main thing behind them being admitted to OR was Minda Riley vs. The Machine.
