What will quota/drops look like this year?

First round releases are the big ones but it is good to know early in the process so you can concentrate on what you have, not on what you don't. The percentage of pnm's who are actually dropped by every house is very low each year. 93% end up with a bid and the majority of pnm's who don't get a bid have dropped out of recruitment by their own choice. The amounts of pnm's released are different for each house and are never geared toward hitting a certain number for quota, they are percentages based on the total number of pnm's participating in a particular round. We may be looking at a quota of somewhere around 130 this year based on recent trends. More pnm's participating equals more bids. Don't be scared by numbers.
