Lmao, you are completely wrong. This rank is not what it was in the 90’s at all. Phi delt wasn’t even on campus at the time and Jefferson houses used to me more popular. Just because your fraternity isn’t top it doesn’t mean that this was made in the 90’s.

Phi Delt came back on campus in the mid 90s and were small all throughout going into the 2000s. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

Not sure why this ranking has to be posted and repeated so many times. Because, as someone commented earlier,….it hasn’t changed since at least the 90s. You can move a house or 2 up or down a tier, But the overall Top - Mid - Lower - Bottom houses have always been the same.
