Does having a recent IRL sister gurentee a bid?

Ok this is this girl I know (Southern but OOS) who is absolutely positive she is getting a bid to the house her sister was in. Thing is her sister graduated '21. It's getting annoying to the point where she will wear their letters and is telling the girls from our HS she isn't worried about recruitment because she knows where she is going. But here is the thing, they are so so different in just about everyway.

No. You need someone in the house pulling for you, whether it’s because they are your friend, or you became their rush crush. Unless she knows someone, nothing is a given.
