How does ADPI Rank

Comparing all the new row houses, adpi is usually ranked in the top 4 but they seem the most similar to dg and aopi…and there seems to be more attractive girls in gphi and dz…so why are they ranked above these houses?

i feel like adpi is in second place for best NR house behind zeta. they have cute girls, a nice house, and a strong sisterhood

I am hoping to go to UA next year and I was just looking on IG and see a girl named Hope who is an AD Pi and her friends....so cute!! Seems like a top one to me, looking at all the IG pages.

I had Phi Mu and AdPi for my pref night. I absolutely loved both houses. I could see myself in either one. My Mom was AD Pi and ended up putting that as my first choice.

My roommate is ADPi. (I'm PiPhi) They have lots of fun events and well liked by frats. They fly under the radar because there is little drama and a laid back vibe. Pretty much the same as my house.
